Position Summary

What You’ll Do

The Healthcare Data Analyst- Intern will be exposed to Suvida, the healthcare industry and population health management. They will also be training on the application of data tools and languages like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a specific assigned project that will provide analytical insights to support population health management operations in close collaboration with clinical, operations and population health teams.
  • Develop analytical reports and dashboards that measure clinical quality, provider performance and healthcare utilization.
  • Analyze claims data, EHR and other related databases using advanced analytical tools and techniques.

What You’ll Bring

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in SQL and in developing with computation programming (Python, R, Julia)
  • Experience in developing with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, LightDash, Looker) preferred
  • Interest and/or experience in healthcare preferred
  • Bilingual-Spanish preferred

Education, Experience, Licensure, Or Certification Requirements

  • Competed an undergraduate or graduate degree program by August 2024
