Head of Reporting & Analytics - Product

will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of our cutting-edge data and analytics platform, with a focus on Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role is particularly critical as we are in the process of building our reporting platform on PowerBI. The ideal candidate will possess a reporting and analytics degree, have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and/or data analytics, and have specialized expertise in VMS/MSP. A strong understanding of data modeling and SQL is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of our reporting platform on PowerBI.
• Develop a multi-year product roadmap in alignment with our customer and growth needs.
• Lead the Agile development process, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Utilize PowerBI to conduct deep-dive analyses into customer data and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and key customers.
• Ensure product compliance with industry regulations, especially those specific to VMS/MSP.
• Develop and implement customer feedback loops and engage with key customers to gather product feedback.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and/or data analytics, preferably in a VMS/MSP environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data at a granular level.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
• Prior experience working with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Deep understanding of the VMS/MSP landscape, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
