About The Job
The Head of Loyalty (Director, Loyalty Experience) will serve as senior business owner responsible for the end-to-end life lifecycle of the Loyalty product and building a best-in-class Loyalty experience. The Director utilizes a customer-centric approach to understand and strengthen how the teams work, to impact our consumers and teams. The Director is responsible for creating an experimental mindset to drive innovation and empowering a cross-functional team to do the same, ensuring excellence across all aspects of the Loyalty product, and driving Growth of Loyalty audiences and revenue.
The Day-to-Day
Leads the Loyalty business for Taco Bell across multiple platforms, responsible for developing and executing strategy against the Loyalty’s specific goals within TB’s growth ambition.
Business owner for Taco Bell ensuring cross-functional team aligned to and delivering against key business objectives and priorities, including Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology
Develops the vision and strategy for the E2E lifecycle of the product, including business case, missions, translation high-level priorities into actionable Objective Key Results (OKRs).
Directly oversees cross-functional Loyalty Squad, tasked with ideating, valuing and prioritizing, and testing out impactful innovation,
Directly oversees the Loyalty marketing team to drive revenue and channel growth through promotions, partnerships, and paid media. Responsible for Loyalty Marketing, including promotions that drive acquisition and engagement, partnership with brand marketing to integrate into overarching marketing campaign content and communications, as well as dedicated Loyalty marketing
Manage key Franchisee stakeholder relationships to ensure partnership towards growth and operational ambitions
Manage performance, health, and development of both Squad and Loyalty Marketing Team
Owns the communication with key internal end executive stakeholders across the business providing regular updates on Squad and Business progress, challenges, and achievements.
Is This You?
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of digital leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer experience
3+ years of experience in Loyalty developing and implementing programs and business initiatives
4+ years of demonstrated experience in leading and growing teams with a growth mindset
Adept in solving business problems in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ability to own and be accountable for the on-time delivery of business test and OKRs
Demonstrated success in influencing functional Loyalty strategy with an emphasis working closely with teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to adopt strategies in response to changing circumstances (crucial for maintaining agility, maximizing value delivery)
