Position Overview: As the Head of Digital for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, you will play an important role in shaping and executing our digital strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that reflect our brand's ethos and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives, using market insights, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to boost up brand growth and customer acquisition on our retailers’ websites.
  • E-Commerce: Collaborate with the Global Ecommerce team based in Milan to optimize our own e-commerce website, ensuring seamless user experiences, personalized customer journeys, and continuous improvement in conversion rates and revenue generation.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across different channels, collaborating with the Ecommerce Key Account Managers to ensure perfect executions in the America’s region, maximizing brand visibility, but also ROI.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the Global teams based in Milan to create compelling digital content, including imagery, videos, and editorial, that resonates with the target audience and reinforces the brand positioning across digital touchpoints.
  • Be the Digital brand guardian for the Americas, leading the Distributors in Latin America and Canada to execute the plans and reach the online penetration target.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop a customer-centric approach to digital experience design, identifying opportunities to enhance accessibility, and engagement through innovative technologies and features online, but also offline (in-store)
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and coach the Digital Manager, where you foster collaboration, and continuous learning to achieve departmental goals.
  • Responsible of the CRM implementation and advancement strategies, plans, and systems in place to take DG Beauty business – customer relationship to higher heights.
  • Create and execute customer management campaigns that aim to increase customer loyalty.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business results and enhance brand equity.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and technologies, with expertise in e-commerce operations and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and luxury lifestyle trends, with a keen eye for creativity and innovation.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
