Key Responsibilities

The Head of Content will have the following key responsibilities:

Content Strategy

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Leafwell's brand, emphasizing organic growth and high-quality output across multiple platforms.
• Oversee editorial standards for website and app content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and identify promotional opportunities, managing projects from conception to completion.
  
  

SEO & ASO Strategies

• Develop and execute effective SEO and ASO strategies to increase visibility on search engines and app stores, driving organic traffic and boosting downloads.
• Lead SEO and ASO efforts to enhance online visibility, organic traffic, and app downloads.
• Conduct keyword research and content optimization, monitoring performance with tools like Google Analytics, App Annie, and Sensor Tower.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  
  

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate: Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing and organic growth.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and ASO best practices.
• Experience managing and leading a team of writers, designers, and developers.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, App Annie, Sensor Tower, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for the cannabis industry.
