HEAD COACH WOMEN'S LACROSSE/INTRAMURALS CLUB SPORTS
Felician University is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, highly organized, student-focused and experienced coaching professional to serve as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach/Intramural and Club Sport Coordinator. The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach/Intramural and Club Sport Coordinator combines coaching responsibilities for the women’s lacrosse program, with oversight of the intramural and club sport activities on campus.

Qualifications
Minimum of one-year collegiate coaching experience, ability to work collaboratively with students, as well as other coaches and team managers, strong verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of lacrosse and ability to teach the skills in analysis and techniques; superior organizational skills, with focused attentiveness to detail; excellent physical condition, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; ability and willingness to work flex schedules including evenings and weekends; demonstrated ability to engage with students of diverse backgrounds and experience levels; and the ability and willingness to support and promote the Franciscan Felician mission and values of the University.
