Inspired Beauty Brands is seeking a superstar Graphic Designer to join our team as a Graphic Design Manager. We are a leading haircare company featuring renowned brands, HASK and Gray Away and we are passionate in our belief that everyone’s unique individual beauty has the power to inspire. As the Graphic Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our visual identity, creating compelling product and ad designs and overseeing brand consistency across all global markets.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


o  Develop creative visual assets and beauty product packaging that live into the core brand equity, drive delight to consumers at shelf and online for best-in-class product and brand experience.

o  Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified and consistent brand presence across various channels, including product packaging, digital campaigns, and in-store experiences.

o  Global Oversight: Collaborate with regional teams to understand market nuances and adapt creative strategies to resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining global brand integrity.

o  Campaign Development: Spearhead the development of compelling digital campaigns that align with brand objectives, ensuring creativity and relevance in the evolving beauty industry.

o  Product Innovation: Collaborate with product development teams to bring new hair care products to life, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and resonate with target consumers.

o  In-Store Experiences: Drive the creation of engaging and immersive in-store experiences, translating brand identity into tangible consumer interactions at our top Food, Drug and Mass retail accounts.

o  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure seamless integration of creative strategies throughout the entire customer journey.


REQUIREMENTS:


o  10 to 12 years of experience in an in-house Creative Graphic Design role with excellent beauty and packaging experience and cross-functional collaboration.

o  Substantial knowledge of pre and post-production— including retouching, pre-press (as needed), proofing (as needed) and proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and highly skilled in Photoshop.

o  Ability to succeed within a team focused on vision, passion and adaptability, prioritizing a team-centric approach, and maintaining a humble, ego-free demeanor.

o  Strong interest in all beauty categories, especially hair care.

o  Proven experience as an in-house Graphic Design Manager or in a similar creative role within the beauty or personal care industry.

o  Strong portfolio showcasing successful global creative campaigns and brand development.

o  In-depth knowledge of current beauty and hair care trends.

o  Exceptional mentoring skills and a willingness to manage others.

o  Highly motivated and organized.

o  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

o  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o  Demonstrate the ability to create and execute 360-degree campaigns, including a variety of assets like print materials, in-store visuals, digital content, and social media initiatives.

o  Proactively make recommendations on process improvements and new ways of working.

o  Awareness of emerging technologies. Proactively seek diversification of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

o  Deadline oriented and ability to self-manage.

o  Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (2 times per week in our NY Office + remote).


SALARY RANGE

$90,000 - $115,000

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.

LOCATION:

o  Position is located at the Company’s headquarters in Chelsea New York City which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from Penn Station.
