GIS Consultant
GE Small world GIS - Provide expert technical support for GIS products, specializing in Small World GIS, with a focus on electric and gas distribution. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical IT issues related to Small World's electric and gas distribution modules, as well as the ability to create, troubleshoot, and fix GE Magik code issues. Offer technical support to GIS business users for both GE Small World and ESRI products, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner. Utilize Small World GIS and ESRI with FME ETL tools to handle diverse GIS functionality and data management within a utility project.
- A minimum of 3 years experience to provide technical expertise for Small GIS products, specializing in electric office
- Possess industry experience in gas or electric utility projects, ensuing familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of the sector.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical IT issues related to Small World's electric and gas distribution modules, as well as the ability to create, troubleshoot, and fix GE Magik code issues.
- Offer technical support to GIS business users for both GE Small World, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize Small World GIS with FME ETL tools to handle diverse GIS functionality and data management within a utility project.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of other GIS - related products such as ESRI and FME ETLs contributing to a holistic understanding of the GIS environment
