We’re looking for a person what will be responsible for leading the US business unit expansion and will define and guarantee the implementation of the country's marketing and business strategies and plans, by drawing up the business plan, defining the local portfolio, projecting volumes, analyzing margins, developing the brand-building plan and sales channels, supervising processes, day-to-day management of the operation, direct leadership of the local team and management of the P&L with the aim of ensuring that targets are met and the business is profitable.


Responsibilites

  • Responsible for the P&L of Natura's operation in the country;
  • Managing a multifunctional team comprised of managers and analysts;
  • Building and implementing the business development strategy;
  • Building the brand, managing the local team, building a corporate culture aligned with the company's priority values and behaviors, in order to guarantee the achievement of the strategic objectives and goals - financial, social and environmental - established for the market;
  • Acting as the public speaker for the brand within media;


To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience;
  • Track record on business acknowledge on brand building, growth and expansion strategies;
  • Extensive knowledge about North American markets;
  • Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams;
  • Desirable experience into expanding Latin-American brands into US;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred;
  • Proficiency in English required, desirable Portuguese;
