Hiring: General Manager/Store Manager

Pay: ($50k Annually)

Location: Conroe, TX

The Retail Manager will be required to meet all operational, marketing, and labor management objectives.

Key Responsibility:

• Completing all shift reports accurately and timely,
• Successfully suggestive selling of products as directed and complying with all company policies and procedures.
• The recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of all store team members
• Be willing to lead with a positive and outstanding customer service attitude.
• Assigning daily tasks for execution and complying with all Company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Accountable for daily reporting, inventory control, and implementing and maintaining a safe working environment for all customers and team members.
• Applicants should understand that this position requires the ability to stand during assigned working hours and the ability to lift inventory.
• POS System to work with NCR.
• Must have experience in managing a QSR (fast food restaurant). Having Shipley's Donut experience is a great advantage.
