What You Will Do:

  • Cooperate with the R&D team to improve and optimize the product, making use of user research and data analysis to manage global content localization adjustments and optimization strategies.
  • Responsible for managing the global beta test, including establishing and improving the frameworks and processes of overseas beta tests, analyzing the results and summarizing the experience of user operation in overseas regions.
  • Coordinate with the Global Publishing team to implement relevant product needs.
  • Establish clear, transparent, and efficient communications with the R&D team to produce periodical content evaluation reports.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Game Operations and experience in Game Design is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic game and have an understanding and knowledge of mainstream products including core gameplay, numerical system, economic system, community system etc.
  • Have in-depth understanding and experience in ACG products and SEA market.
  • Sensitivity to data: think, analyze, and summarize logically.
  • Excellent time management skills while working with multiple teams to ensure project stays on track to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin.

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
