StevenDouglas has been engaged on a search for an exceptional Fund Accountant Career Opportunity for an exceptional firm, who are known for their tenure, internal promotional career opportunities and impressive C level leadership.
Reporting to the Fund Controller, this newly created role will be responsible for the fund accounting and related activities for the largest fund out of this office. The firm is open to fund accounting professionals at a variety of levels.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong GAAP and/or IFRS foundation
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience, either public accounting, industry, or a blend of the two.
- Investment fund industry experience strongly preferred. (Note : Candidates seeking to make a transition from public accounting will be seriously considered.)
