Fund Accountant

A top private equity firm located in lower Fairfield County is looking to hire multiple fund accountants as an addition of staff. The company has been steadily growing of late and they need some extra help with the additional work load. Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounting at the fund level
• Prepare/review quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure GAAP compliance
• Develop quarterly cash flow reports
• Prepare investor reports and respond to investor inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience, financial reporting, GL
• Big 4 experience is strongly preferred (open on industry)
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills
• Good schools and good gpas
