Full Stack Gameplay Engineer

Ideal candidate is a "full-stack" game developer with a focus on client-side gameplay engineering.Minimum 2 years of game development experience.Job is in-person in Menlo Park, CA.Responsibilities include:

• Develop and optimize JavaScript action code for agents to interact with Minecraft using the Mineflayer API
• Integrate agents in to Mods for a variety of other games
• Develop SDK's and client API's to support inclusion of agent in to Unity and / or Unreal projects
• Work with AI and back-end developers to create tools to support agent analysis and creation
• Support development of the Altera app that links agents to games and mods
• Having fun playing with our agents!

Must-haves:

• Front End Gameplay Game Development
• Unity or Unreal Experience or equivalent
• Experience integrating client-side gameplay with servers
• Experienced in version control and code reviews, familiar with automatic integration, deployment development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative and innovative thinking.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Bonuses:

• Traditional game AI development (state machines, hierarchical goal networks, etc...)
