At Draftboard, we're looking to change the way companies hire - and in the process give recruiters an entirely new revenue stream.


We're looking for the recruiters who hate pitching clients, but love - and have a knack for - sourcing great candidates. Our job at Draftboard is to bring the companies & the jobs - over 75 of them are listing roles on Draftboard currently, including SeatGeek, Via, OneSignal, Bilt and many more. Your job is to bring the talent.


We're looking for top tier recruiters in the startup & tech world who have experience working with candidates that have 2-10 years of experience. Half of the roles on Draftboard are technical, while the rest run the gamut from product to marketing to sales to growth and beyond.


What is Draftboard?

Companies routinely offer referral bonuses for new hires, but they limit them to just their own employees. Why? Enter Draftboard, a marketplace where companies publicly post those bonuses and our Scouts (referrers) compete to earn them by scouring their networks for the best talent they know. We're backed with over $4M in funding from some of the most incredible early stage VCs in New York: Twelve Below, Founder Collective, Animo and Ground Up.

 

Our ideal candidates are relentless, creative and have at least some experience doing recruiting for startups (either in-house or agency). We don't care how you source your candidates (LinkedIn, networking groups, emails, ad campaigns, etc) - just that you find great ones that are a fit for the roles listed on Draftboard.


This is a 100% contingency role - the more candidates you place, the more you make, with no cap whatsoever. Because of that structure, you can spend as much or as little time working on Draftboard roles as you like - it's entirely up to you.


The structure is simple: you get paid 80% of the posted bonus for any role you place a candidate in (everything is automated - you'll get paid via Stripe). Companies set probation periods of anywhere from 0 - 90 days (average is ~45 days); as soon as the Probation Period ends, you get paid (as long as the candidate is still employed).
