Role/Title: Copy Supervisor

Location: remote (ideally Philly, Chicago, or NY)

Rate: up to $60/hr

Clutch is looking for a senior copywriter with Pharma agency experience for a position with a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate content review and approval processes.
• Maintain document control and versioning.
• Assist in reviewing medical materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize copy management software.
• Stay updated with industry regulations.
• Perform quality checks on copy materials.
• Support project management and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience at pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.
• Must have experience creating materials for pharma DTC/HCP audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in copy management software is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Adaptability to changing requirements.
