As a Franchise Business Coach on the Real Property Management team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Being a Trusted Advisor – Act as the primary home office contact for franchise locations. Champion Real Property Management’s systems to grow each participating location's revenue and profit. You will work with our franchisees to design and execute strategic plans for growth and efficiencies to drive the profitability of each franchise location.
  • Actively Engaging – Develop strong relationships to expertly develop Franchise Business Owners in the growth of their business and the development of their leadership and management skills. You will utilize the tools, programs, system, and network to strengthen and reinforce the brand’s value proposition to build successful Franchise Business Owners.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador – Help plan, coordinate, and manage programs and initiatives to further establish Real Property Management as the premier 3rd party full-service real estate management organization in North America as we deliver on our brand vision and purpose; To be so remarkable that we become a beloved household name.
  • Enabling Others to Achieve Their Dreams – Because you’ve built trust with our franchisees as you train them to greater success, you’ll help them achieve their dreams through business ownership within the Real Property Management system.

(Required Qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 5 years of franchise/business consulting/small business owner, property management, or equivalent combination of experience.
    • Understanding of the business’s Profit & Loss, and how to drive profitability.
    • Knowledge of a variety of field operation concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
  • Skills:
    • Collaborative – Work closely with internal Real Property Management teams to execute Franchise Business Owner strategic plans.
    • Empathetic – View every interaction as an opportunity to grow relationships and areas of improvement.
    • Adaptable - Flexible and willing to meet with Franchise Business Owners when they are available.
    • Clear & Concise - Clearly communicate and are willing to listen and learn.
    • Results-Oriented - Understand the connection between the Franchisor and Franchisee and work diligently to strengthen relationships and influence to brand standards.
    • Data and Impact Driven - Stay focused on the right activities to achieve Franchise Owner and organizational goals.
    • Strategic Thinker – Asking the right questions to find the right answers in aiding your assigned Franchise Business Owners to think big.
    • Organized & Efficient - Diligent about documenting and following up on action items to achieve goals.
    • Highly Motivated - Have the hunger and drive to make a difference in the lives of our Franchise Business Owners.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; in business, finance, and property management preferred. Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is preferred.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote, 25%-30% travel is required.
