FP&A Lead | Hedge Fund

Grayson Search Partners is working with a multibillion-dollar Hedge Fund to bring on a Senior Associate of FP&A.

In this role, you will work with multiple business units to assimilate best-in-class Financial Planning & Analyst tools, plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

· Assist in the annual budgeting process

· Consolidation of analysis, management reporting, forecasts, and other monthly and quarterly

updates for Senior Leadership

· Business partner with internal departments to strategize, resolve, and support ad hoc needs

· Enhance & maintain budgeting & forecasting tools

· Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership for both strategic & operational decisions

Qualifications

· Accounting or Finance Degree

· 3-10 years of experience

· Understanding of GAAP
