What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading technical efforts in pharmaceutical product and process development
• Adapting and innovating experimental methods to meet project goals
• Generating and executing critical formulation documents and batch manufacturing records
• Planning and overseeing the manufacturing of development, evaluation, and sales batches
• Ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
  
  

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical product development, 1+ year with a Master’s degree
• Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a knowledge of soft gel technology a plus
• Exceptional ability to document and manage laboratory and regulatory documents
