Financial Reporting Manager

We are expanding our team and seeking a Financial Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in central Denver.

We are expanding our team and seeking a Financial Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in central Denver.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the completion of monthly reporting requirements for lenders, private equity sponsor and management, including:
- Financial statements
- Loan covenant calculations
- Other supporting schedules as required
- Assist in updating quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes with path to lead both
- Assist the Accounting team with financial reports, general ledger analysis, and auditor requests
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Education / Experience
- Minimum of five years relevant reporting and financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Experience working with financial institutions is preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or Alteryx a plus.
- Organized and attentive to details
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and manage workload
- Proficient in communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customers
- Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
