  • Conduct a Gap Analysis

Phase 2: Design Shared Services Model

  • Develop a Conceptual Framework
  • Conduct a Cost-Benefit Analysis
  • Create a Detailed Design Blueprint
  • Develop an Implementation Roadmap

Phase 3: Implementation of the Model

  • Develop a Detailed Implementation Plan
  • Conduct Training Sessions for Staff
  • Roll Out the Model
  • Conduct Post-Implementation Audits
