Financial Analyst Manager

About The Company

Our client is one of the largest investors in real estate with a global real estate portfolio of office, retail, logistics, hospitality, and alternative assets. The firm has over $250 billion in AUM. The Financial Analyst Manager will be involved in investment and portfolio financial analysis and preparing a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations of funds.

Responsibilities

• Perform the analysis of quarterly valuation, performance, and projections of the firm’s portfolio’s
• Perform monthly reporting including liquidity requirements and foreign exchange analysis of the firm’s private funds
• Prepare quarterly internal valuations
• Manage the quarterly data delivery and valuation update process with the third-party loan valuations firm
• Perform and manage ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting required by senior management
• Participate and assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5-7 years of FP&A experience
• Experience in real estate and/or private credit
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in real estate credit fund’s operation is a plus
• Experience in iLevel, Anaplan, and PowerBI is a plus
  
  

Salary Range

$125,000-$150,000
