Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Remote/NYC Hybrid
We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the annual planning process while also assisting with forecasting and financial analysis across the company. This position will work directly with key business partners within the organization, including the Leadership Team and department heads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, comfort working with large datasets, and high proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $80,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting assistance to the FP&A Manager
- Monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) Analysis as part of close
- Data manipulation and analysis supporting revenue and expenses
- Analytical support to business partners on key initiatives
- Development and maintenance of operational financial models
- Variance tracking to existing Budgets/Forecasts
- Alignment of vendor spend to budget via internal procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial analysis
- High proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- Experience with SalesForce, Sage, and PowerBI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology
