Financial Analyst

An outstanding opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a Leading Automotive Manufacturer in Bluffton, Indiana. The Financial Analyst is responsible to perform month-end financial closing activities and assist the Controller within a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
• Working knowledge and application of GAAP
• Understanding of standard costing & process costing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of Plex ERP system is a plus
• Knowledge of OneStream financial planning & reporting is a plus
• Knowledge of FAS fixed asset management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  

Duties

• Perform month-end financial closing activities
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare account reconciliation
• Prepare & submit roll-forwards
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate cost and expense variances
• Preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Preparation of weekly KPI analysis & reporting
• Review and approve purchase requisitions
• Manage plant fixed assets
• Prepare debit memos, credit memos and manual customer billings
• Perform ad hoc analysis & reporting
