Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Figma Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a deep understanding of the latest web design trends. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various front-end websites and mobile applications. If you're motivated by solving complex problems alongside a skilled and passionate team, then you could be a fit!

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Design at high fidelity - create frameworks, sketches, diagrams, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to our design language and system, identifying and designing high-value patterns and components to be used across products
• Develop and maintain a design system and ensure consistency across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and techniques
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Use your expertise of design thinking methodologies to facilitate effective cross-
• functional conversations

Need To Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Figma Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and user-centered design
• Experience with design for analytic/data insight based projects
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity

Nice to Have:

• Track record for turning ambiguity and complexity into effective design solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript and interaction design
• Experience working with project management methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Desire to learn new tech and skills while challenging the normal
