Fashion Closet Assistant

General Summary

The marketing team is seeking a Fashion Closet Assistant to help organize incoming and outgoing samples.

Responsibilities

• organize/inventory
• sample trafficking
• request samples from shoe team and licensees based on shoot needs and track to be sure they arrive on time
• organize product in studio according to shot list
• maintain cleanliness and organization of sample room
• provide all product information on set, ensuring metadata form is complete
• misc. on-site studio support
• partner with Marketing and PR contacts on giftings
• additional projects
  
  

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
  

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24 - $26/HR. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
