looking to make consistent key hires heading into Q1 of '24.

Whilst operating 100% retained themselves, they are open to

contingent leaders who are looking to step into a retained environment.

My client serves primarily Private Equity or Investor-Backed

clients. But is also interested in bringing on experienced Partners from a

diverse range of industries, including Consumer, Industrial, Financial

Services, Technology, Business and Professional Services, Energy, and many

more.

service offering and consultants working in every industry and function

imaginable, they truly encompass the Search landscape.

They provide a second-to-none support framework, consisting of a

dedicated researcher and assistant for each Partner as well as access to a

well-nurtured client base of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 accounts.

A very lucrative payout that sees every Partner comfortably taking

home multiple six figures each year across every practice. With high calibre

Partners taking home $1m+.

Benefits:

· Base of up to $250k (DOE).

· Commission structure of up to 55% on all billings (DOE).

What they're looking for:

· Contingent or retained experience working on C-Suite mandates.

· 8+ years of experience across any sector/function.

· A stable and consistent history of billings.

· Track record of solid business development and stakeholder management.
