Executive Director

Overview of the Position:

Our goal is to significantly grow MVLE over the next 3 to 5 years by significantly growing the existing portfolio but also pursuing mergers and acquisitions.

Growing the business profitably amidst an evolving health and disability landscape through best-in-class strategies, brand development and revitalization, expansion, and robust channel development including fundraising is an essential component of success.

This role demands the vision and leadership ability to design, institute, and deliver groundbreaking services and programs as well as building a consulting and advisory capacity, all of which measurably and meaningfully uplift the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 10 years of experience at the executive level is acceptable.
• 10 - 15 years of executive experience
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
