DISHER Talent Solutions is currently partnering with a family office on their Executive Director opportunity. In this role, you will support the diverse needs and interests of the family, including philanthropy, financial management, and property services. You will provide leadership and strategic guidance to the family office team, ensuring alignment with the goals and values of the family.

What you will get to do:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of three key sections within the Family Office: Philanthropy, Accounting & Legal, and Home Services / Property Management
• Collaborate with the owner to define and implement long-term growth strategies
• Provide monitoring and support to maximize responsible stewardship of family assets.
• Engage with the family to foster unity and governance
• Provide clients with professional, highly personalized, timely, and accurate services on an as needed basis
• Provide quality professional services to individual, family, corporate, and philanthropic clients in an efficient and caring manner
  
  
  
  
  

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of prior experience managing people and overseeing complex operations
• Familiarity with philanthropic endeavors and financial management
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs within a dynamic family environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
• Proven ability to provide constructive feedback
• Experience in general management, preferably in a family office or similar setting
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving family dynamics
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
