Executive Assistant Office Manager
Our client, a Venture Capital firm in Midtown, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their small but growing team. In this role, you will assist a team of Founding executives with calendar and travel management, expense reports, oversee reception, liaise with building services, vendor management, onboarding of new staff, assisting the Investor Relations team with annual investor meetings, presentations, events, database management (Salesforce) and more!
We are seeking an exceptionally organized administrative professional with great technical skills, an upbeat disposition and someone who enjoys handing a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience supporting at least 2 senior executives, a 4-year college degree, previous experience out of PE or VC (strongly preferred) and solid MS Office skills.
