Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of their key executives. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in calendaring, financial oversight, office administration, company communications, and event planning. We're looking for a proactive individual who thrives as the go-to person on a team, excels at building relationships, and has a proven track record of supporting executives in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership, support the organization's growth, and be an integral part of the company.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handles complex calendar management for the executive and keeps them aware of key appointments.
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests while resolving issues; make decisions and suggestions to guarantee seamless daily interactions.
- Manages travel arrangements and logistics with high attention to detail.
- Timely submission and reconciliation of expense reports.
- Manage office administration, including vendor contracts and process development.
- Handle executive email correspondence and document preparation, exercising judgment as needed.
- Prepare documentation, background information, and research to support executive team presentations, appointments, and conferences.
- Coordinate employee and customer events, ensuring engaging experiences and fostering interactivity with innovative ideas and insights.
- Attends meetings, takes notes, and interacts with business leaders, board members, and other parties to represent the executive’s needs and expectations.
- Establishes goals, chooses priorities, manages time, works with people, checks on progress, solves problems, and is adaptable to ensure the timely completion of projects and assignments.
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related experience providing support to senior-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent professionalism and the capacity to communicate respectably and credibly with strong grammar, spelling, proofreading, and composition skills.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and excellent organizational skills are required.
- Confidence and ability to work independently with little or no direction.
- Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and picks up new software quickly.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
- Experience coordinating international travel preferred.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year plus bonus
