Overview:

The Executive Assistant and Marketing Intern will provide critical support to the executive team while also gaining hands-on experience in startup building, product launch and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for an organized, highly energized, A-player, detail-oriented individual with a passion for health technology and a drive to make a difference in people’s lives and in an organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other executives.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for meetings and executive reviews.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Manage office logistics and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong project management skills


Marketing Assignments:

  • Assist the team with developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create social media content (posts, graphics, etc.) to promote iSono Health's technology.
  • Support with content creation for website and marketing materials.
  • Manage and analyze social media engagement metrics.
  • Assist with event planning and execution (trade shows, conferences).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Stay updated on current marketing trends and technologies.

  • Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (a plus).

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, biology or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, project management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and initiative and complete projects.
  • Passion for healthcare and women's health.
  • Located in the Bay Area.


Hourly compensation during the internship: $15-$30.
