Duties of the Executive Assistant include:
- Efficient calendar management and meeting coordination
- Scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings and calls
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
- Processing expense reports and ensuring timely reimbursements
- Handling correspondence, document preparation, and file management
- Participating in project-based work and assisting with special projects as needed
