Event Budget Manager (Remote)
We are looking for an Event Budget Manager for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for partnering with Strategic Events and Finance Teams and organizing and executing marketing event budgets.
This is a 6-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week Remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Compensation: $50/hr. - $58.30/hr.

Responsibilities
- Procures and coordinates vendor services.
- May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
- Willingness to learn new things, adaptability to new processes, bridge various departments to unlock efficiencies, understanding and embracing the fast pace of events.
- 5+ years of experience.in coordinating events preferably in a technology company.
- Allocadia Management, PO Processing (understanding what documents are required to process efficiently), vendor % work completed/spend tracking, reconciliation support.
- Executive presentation. Organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
