2nd round : 30 min video Technical round

3rd round : client

Candidates MUST be local and able to work hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite. If any candidate claims they are relocating to Mclean, VA day 1 then, we as vendors you are responsible for their relocation and delivery. Please do all the due diligence and risk mitigation before submission because excuses for not relocating after confirmation will not be accepted.

Inside information: most of the resumes are getting rejected because:

• They cannot clear the SQL coding test
• They don’t have exp with snowflake
• They have worked on snowflake only for migrating the current systems to snowflake
• They have just given support for snowflake
• They just put the word “Snowflake” in the resume in the recent project and then they can manage the interview
• They have knowledge of snowflake
• They have worked on snowflake just to get the work done
• They are not ready to relocate now for various reasons
