Job Description

We are a leading subcontractor specializing in finish carpentry installation for commercial and residential projects. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated office personnel to join our team. This position will involve a variety of tasks including data entry, job scheduling, customer service, estimating, and ticket writing for our commercial and multi-family division.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule jobs and coordinate with project managers.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members.
• Assist with estimating tasks for upcoming projects.
• Write and manage tickets for ongoing projects.
• Utilize software programs such as QuickBooks (primarily Sales Orders), Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and systems.
• Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to take directions and follow instructions.
• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
