We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting across platforms
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, interacting with our audience and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Assist in the creation and optimization of social media profiles and pages
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new social media campaigns and initiatives
Generate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, to enhance our social media presence
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
