Entry Level Recruiter - Tampa
An Entry Level Recruiter assists in the recruitment of suitable candidates for job vacancies and learns the recruitment profession.
Daily Responsibilities:

- Creating and placing job ads to attract applicants
- Receiving applications, screening candidates, and collating applicant documentation
- Assisting with the interview, assessment, and selection processes
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Attending briefings with HR management on shortlisted candidates
- Communicating with applicants
- Assisting with monitoring and reporting on successful placements
- Selling and marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Some experience in an office-based work environment
- Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Total comfort with demanding targets and metrics
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- 1+year of experience in a sales or metric driven environment (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
