Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Secondary Education
- Certified as a Teacher of English as a Second Language
- Must hold a valid Alabama Certificate
- Ability to travel between schools daily, as needed
- Provide own or have access to appropriate transportation to meet job requirements
- Experience teaching limited English students or directing the instruction for LEP students, preferred
- A bilingual/bicultural experience preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board might find appropriate and acceptable.
