About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of our projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards and deliver optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on various aspects of project design and engineering, including layout, analysis, and optimization.
• Utilize industry-standard software to create detailed project plans and drawings.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and regulations.
• Manage and support the project design lifecycle from conception to construction.
• Work with Engineering vendors to develop 30%, 60% and 90% plan sets optimized for civil, electrical, and structural disciplines.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for project designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy projects or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with industry-specific design software.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst for grid connected PV systems larger than 20MWac.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and GIS
• Knowledge of PV Design software such as PVCase, Helioscope, Helios 3D, SunDAT or PV Mega
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and MS Office Suite applications
