Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and innovate in the design and implementation of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) and aerospace structures.
• Oversee mechanical design strategies, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and manufacturing best practices.
• Lead a team of six engineering professionals, promoting an environment of innovation and high performance.
• Serve as the primary authority on resolving mechanical issues and improving production processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• Ideally 15 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, including 5+ years in a managerial role, ideally in the aerospace industry.
• Proven track record in team development and hands-on management.
• Extensive knowledge of satellite manufacturing processes and quality systems.
