Position Overview
As the Envirolution Program Coordinator VISTA, you will play a vital role in the non-profit sector by contributing to the development and enhancement of programs aimed at empowering young women in STEAM fields. This position will lead the implementation of the EDGE program, focusing on bridging the gender gap in engineering by offering engaging STEAM activities to inspire young women to pursue careers in these fields.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate ongoing and annual programs focused on empowering women in STEAM
Develop and monitor program policies for the EDGE program
Coordinate communication efforts with community stakeholders
Deliver program materials to schools and companies
Oversee the implementation of the EDGE program, including piloting at least one bike program at a local middle school
Assist in organizing the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day
Create a logic model for program expansion
Foster positive relationships between program stakeholders
Schedule and manage program-related meetings and events

Qualifications
Passion for Envirolution's mission
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and proactive mindset
Experience in project coordination and women empowerment programs preferred
Compensation And Benefits
Living allowance of $15,001.50
