eLearning Developer| Denver Tech Center

As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality eLearning content that meets the needs of our learners and clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and talent management team members to create engaging and effective online courses, modules, and interactive learning experiences. Content will range from short 3 min microlearnings to full elearning courses up to one hour in length. This position is in our Denver, CO or NY Office.

This role will pay a salary of $75,000 to $85,000.

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses and modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Create engaging multimedia elements, including animations, simulations, videos, and interactive exercises, to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure eLearning content is user-friendly, accessible, and responsive across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate learning objectives and content into engaging and effective eLearning experiences.
• Incorporate instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices into eLearning course design and development.
• Implement interactive assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms to measure learner progress and mastery.
• Develop and edit multimedia assets, including audio narration, graphics, images, and videos, to enhance eLearning content.
• Integrate multimedia elements seamlessly into eLearning courses to create immersive and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and usability of eLearning courses.
• Test eLearning content across different browsers, devices, and platforms to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent multimedia production skills, including audio editing, graphic design, and video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SCORM standards for eLearning content delivery.
• Ability to leverage a Learning Management System to report out to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
