Job Title: Associate, Editorial Director - Life Sciences

Location: 100% Remote, EST Hours

Salary: Base $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus; OTE $130,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities: Editorial Leadership/Proofreading/Content Strategy

In This Role You Will

• Lead and oversee the research, writing, editing, and proofreading of content for medical journals and other publications used in internal training for sales teams in the Life Sciences
• Develop and execute creative briefs for a variety of content including sales decks, video, e-learning
• Ensure content meets editorial standards of accuracy, clarity, and tone
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support editorial and operational leadership
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or greater in English, Journalism, or a related field
• Exemplary skills as an editor in a fast-paced deadline driven environment for clients in the healthcare or related sectors (highly regulated content)
• Experience in content creation and strategy for a variety of mediums such as: eLearning, voice-over, and medical journal production - portfolio required
• Desire to work on a highly collaborative tight-knit team
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and company teambuilding events
