The Opportunity:

We are looking for an ecommerce coordinator to support the growth of the brand .com channel in North America by supporting the Ecommerce Director and liaise with other US revenue drivers and the Global office. In this role, the ideal candidate will maintain the standard of excellence in the operations of the website and subsequent revenue-driving initiatives.


What you’ll get to do:

BYREDO.COM Management:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the North America (US + Canada) e-commerce business and logistics to achieve online DTC growth.
  • Responsible for updating site content to align with Global initiatives as well as US market focuses and merchandising product for conversion optimization, cross-sell, upsell.
  • Assist in managing shared inventory and ensuring reservation levels reflect the needs of the business across sellable and non-sellable goods.
  • Play key role in relationship with warehouse, ensuring luxury-level experience across shipment, delivery, presentation and unboxing.
  • Liaise with global team to complete QA across email sends, site development updates, new feature rollouts or site upgrades.
  • Support and coordinate local digital campaigns such as on-site initiatives, marketing, SEM and social media campaigns and strategies to increase site traffic, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
  • Support customer service team with any website, product, order or warehouse questions.
  • Regular and ongoing review of PDPs and product backend for customer-facing and technical accuracy


E-Retail:

  • Liaise with Paris team and US team on providing all assets needed for e-retail, whether new launches or improving existing pages and products.
  • Work closely with Assistant Marketing Manager and Sales field team on omnichannel sampling initiatives, digital co-op flights and digital partnerships.
  • Maintain awareness of new ecommerce trends and technologies to keep brand at the forefront of new evolutions in the digital commerce and luxury beauty space.


Reporting:

  • Assist with department KPI and SLA on weekly, monthly basis.
  • Work with Global team to complete PCA reports across all campaigns and launches.
  • Support Ecommerce Director with ad hoc reporting needs.


We would love to meet you if you have:

  • Ecommerce and digital marketing
  • 1-2 yrs experience in Ecomm required, 1 year customer Service preferred
  • Magento experience required; ZenDesk and SAP experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Beauty/Luxury Industry experience
  • Acute understanding of online eco-system and key pillars of digital marketing
  • Stakeholder communication across all channels
  • Analytical and highly organized
  • Meticulous attention to detail, time management
  • Business acumen
  • MS Office Platforms (Excel, PPT, Word)


Compensation:

As required by the New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $65,000- $70,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
