About the Role

BAGGU is looking for a Wholesale Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! The Wholesale Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving profitable revenue growth through wholesale and third-party ecommerce channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and strengthen loyalty with wholesale accounts.


Location and Working Hours

  • Remote
  • Open to CA and NY based candidates
  • 10am - 6pm PT


Responsibilities

  • Manage digital Wholesale and Amazon channels, including P&L ownership and revenue forecasting.
  • Analyze customer behavior, site analytics, and product performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer account acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Ensure storefront optimization, including accurate product listings and effective merchandising and keyword strategies.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to enhance site experience and support revenue goals through marketing initiatives.
  • Partner cross-departmentally with teams to facilitate seamless product launches, order processing, product assortment, and sales goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale marketing or managing e-commerce storefronts
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving revenue goals
  • Proficiency in digital storefront management and marketing tactics
  • Experience managing P&L statement, revenue forecasting, and reporting on marketing KPIs
  • Experience managing excel spreadsheets/large data sets
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate into actions for improvement
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Google Analytics
  • Highly organized and able to work both independently/cross-departmentally
  • Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company
  • Interested in the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce and keep up with new trends and best practices

Pay Transparency

  • $90k Base
  • Exempt (not eligible for OT)
