RESPEC, a nationally recognized engineering consulting company is seeking a talented and energetic water/wastewater engineer that will reside in the Colorado Springs area. This position is a hands-on position in a successful and continually growing company.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET accredited program
Successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering.
Preferred but not required qualifications include:
Experience related to water and wastewater facilities, including pumping systems, water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution systems, and other water-resources related facilities
Strong knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles
Understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure
Design plans and specifications production experience
Software knowledge (e.g., Excel, Word, GIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
Typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
