Job Title: Director, Stakeholder Engagement

Location: Remote in EST or CST

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000k (up to 30% bonus)

Your Role: As the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, you will lead two Manager-led teams within our Stakeholder Engagement Division. You will provide strategic guidance and leadership to advance stakeholder engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to deepen relationships and encourage stakeholder participation.
• Ensure collaborative work among teams and coordination with relevant departments.
• Advise the Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement on strategies and priorities.
• Identify and implement membership growth opportunities and track engagement.
• Oversee strategic development and implementation of membership engagement initiatives.
• Support outreach programs, industry engagements, and coordination with relevant councils and groups.
• Manage customer onboarding, feedback analysis, and communications/outreach efforts.
• Develop strong relationships across stakeholder groups and drive external messaging.
• Participate in industry meetings and presentations as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of stakeholder engagement, project management, or customer experience.
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Experience in overseeing multiple managers, teams, and major projects.
• Exceptional communication skills across various formats.
• Collaborative mindset with familiarity in the security field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, industry familiarity, security experience or large-scale event management experience.
