Director of Total Rewards

SkyWater Search Partners is seeking a dynamic Director of Total Rewards for a Minneapolis-based global med-tech client. Reporting to the CHRO, the successful candidate will lead the strategy, implementation, and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs within this innovative organization. We are looking for an agile and collaborative total rewards leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive programs that support the business and retain top talent. To be considered, candidates must have global experience, deep compensation expertise and have led benefit optimization efforts. This role has significant flexibility to work remotely but candidates need to be local to the Twin Cities and should expect 1-2 days/week in the office (central/north metro).
