Role Purpose

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the Director of Sales, On Premise will represent Pressed Juicery across the U.S. The Director of Sales, On Premise will focus on making an impact in foodservice and on-premises outlets, as well as building productive and valuable partnerships. Our fast-turning products are distributed throughout a wide range of retail outlets, and there is a significant opportunity to grow our business across the foodservice and on-premises landscape.


The Director of Sales, On Premise will focus on the highest impact areas for Pressed, while working with distribution partners and third-party sales resources. The Director of Sales, ON Premise will focus on opening new accounts, and expanding doors with existing partners, while driving higher velocities. This role is a hybrid role, with remote options for an exceptional candidate, the preference is to be based on the West Coast.


Responsibilities

  • Working with the SVP of sales, identify and open the sales funnel to a high volume of qualified accounts to expand availability or Pressed’s Juices and Wellness Shots.
  • Trade shows participation to meet with current and prospective new accounts.
  • Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and foodservice partners across the U.S.
  • Track and make progress towards product availability goals across individual, small and medium size restaurants and on-premises outlets.
  • Be knowledgeable and apply proper use of Equipment, Samples & P.O.S. material.
  • Work collaboratively to lead customer reporting, forecasting, and customer on-boarding.
  • Gain additional placement within accounts, including secondary points of purchase and cooler placement.
  • Collaborate with sales planning team to learn preferred methods of distribution and local market insights.
  • Travel required for team meetings, and trade shows.
  • This role is an individual contributor and will not have direct reports, at the onset.


Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of experience in CPG required, with beverage sales preferred.
  • Experience working with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and broadline distribution channels.
  • Possess strong connections and relationships with key restaurants, hotels, and other On-Premise or Independent Retail accounts in the industry.
  • Passionate about Health and Wellness products.
  • Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment.
  • Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
